Jen-Ayres-Quinoa recipe

A very quick and easy healthy meal from Jen Ayres:

2 cups water
1 cup organic quinoa (rinsed)
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
2 TBSP fresh basil (chopped)
2 TBSP fresh cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup dried cranberries (opt)
Sea salt to taste

Bring water with Quinoa to a boil. Reduce to simmer for 15 min. Remove from heat and stir. Add all other ingredients, mix and serve!
