Designed by Jen Ayres (ACE Certified Fitness Trainer), The 24/7 Workout consists of 7 exercises at 24 reps. You can do this exercise any time and anywhere.

Start at the Beginner level at a comfortable pace. As you get stronger try to work to finish under 7 min! Once you can do the Beginner Level under 7 mins move on to Intermediate.  Remember stay hydrated and don’t OVER exert yourself.

Beginner
1. 24 Full Squats
2. 24 Modified push ups. From knees or standing facing wall.
3. 24 Plank Toe Taps
4. 24 sec Chair Squat
5.  24 sec High Knees (running in place)
6. 24 sec plank (hands or elbows)
7. 24 Ab Crunches
Intermediate
1. 24 Full Squat
2. 24 Push Ups
3. 24 sec Mountain Climbers
4. 24 sec Chair Squat
5. 24 Burpees
6. 24 sec side planks (each side)
7. 24 sec Ab Rows

Advanced
1. 24 Weighted Full Squat
2. 24 Switch Push Ups
3. 24 sec Mountain Climbers
4. 24 Switch Lunges
5. 24 Burpees with knee taps
6. 24 sec Side Planks with arm reach (each side)
7. 24 sec Weighted Ab Rows

    Hi Jen! I was wondering if you could do a short video of proper technique for each exercise for ur 24/7 workout. Or even pictures. Any modifications or suggestions for people with plantar fasciitis and injured knees. Love the website!
